Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd., Mitsubishi Corporation, and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Ltd. have been involved in discussion with DaimlerChrysler AG (DC) regarding plans for the restructuring of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC).
Today, DC made an unexpected announcement regarding this matter, and we are currently in the process of confirming the details.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd., Mitsubishi Corporation, and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Ltd. will continue to make concerted efforts to support the revitalization of MMC.
