Tokyo, June 3, 2004 (JCN) - ITFOR has introduced three new models in the ITfone 2100 Series of portable flip-type IP videophones, on June 3.
The new products can send video images at 30 frames per second, enabling high-quality synchronized video and audio communications over VoIP networks. The videophones support both H.323 and SIP protocols, and are compatible with all IP phone services.
Though open-priced, the entry-class ITfone 2100, which comes with a 4-inch screen, is likely to retail for 40,000 yen ($360).
The company aims to sell a total of 10,000 units annually.
